The App only provides guidance and assistance for preparing information related to various land survey–related applications. All submissions must be completed directly on official government portals: https://bhulekh.mahabhumi.gov.in, https://mahabhulekh.maharashtra.gov.in, https://landrecords.maharashtra.gov.in. We do not collect government login credentials, and we do not submit applications on your behalf without your initiation.

We collect information only when the user voluntarily enters it into the App. A. Personal Information - Full name - Mobile number - Email address - Residential address B. Land Survey–Related Information - Survey details (Survey No., Gat No., Plot No., etc.) - Land documents provided by the user - N.A. application details - Pothissa / boundary correction information - Court Vatap / Court Commission details - Land acquisition–related details C. Technical Information Automatically collected to improve performance: - Device model and OS version - Crash logs - Non-personal analytics data - No precise location is collected unless permitted by the user.

Collected information is used for: - Preparing land survey application details - Guiding users through official government submission steps - Improving app performance and user experience - Providing customer support when requested We do not use your information for: - Advertising - Marketing - Selling or sharing data with third parties

User-Initiated Submission Data entered into government forms is submitted directly by the user to the official portals listed above. B. Technical Service Providers (if used) Crash analytics tools may receive minimal non-personal data. C. We retain user data only as long as: - It is necessary for preparing application details - The user continues to use the App - The user has not requested deletion If the app is uninstalled, all locally stored data is automatically deleted. You may also request deletion of any server-side data.
